FAQ   

Is this a card game or just a collectible?

We built this to be a game first, not just pretty cardboard. You build animal-themed decks around habitats and synergies to outplay your opponent, while also collecting cards through sets and rarities.

What should I buy first—Starter Deck or Boosters?

If you’re new and want to play right away, start with a Starter Deck (ready-to-play and designed for learning).
Boosters are best for expanding your card pool, upgrading decks, and collecting rarities.

Are Booster Packs randomized? Can I pull specific cards? Will I get duplicates?

Yes—Booster Packs are randomized, so we can’t guarantee any specific card, and duplicates can happen. If you’re aiming to build a particular strategy, a Starter Deck plus targeted upgrades is usually the most efficient path.

When will we be able to see the actual product?

We anticipate shipping our first edition of products in July 2026, which will be our starting point, and will be strictly limited to 2000 boxes.

Can I return packs?

Due to randomized contents and tamper protection, packs are generally non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within [14] days with your order number and photos (or an unboxing video), and we’ll make it right.
